Plomz is built as a fast utility toolkit, so most issues can be fixed quickly when we have the right details. If you’re reporting a conversion problem, these specifics help us reproduce it:

  • File type and size: approximate size is fine (for example, “a 12 MB PDF”).
  • Browser/device: Chrome/Edge/Safari and desktop vs. mobile.
  • What you clicked: for example, “Upload → Convert → Download”.

If you have questions about how we handle uploads, read the Privacy Policy. Plomz tools process files temporarily to perform your requested conversion and do not provide “public sharing” links.
